Officious guy at front desk delayed check in. Rooms very very basic Breakfast had limited choice and what there was was poor quality eg coffee. Not enough staff to top up breakfast items and plates etc and clear tables Decent location hence 1 star

As a frequent customer in novotel Casablanca I always had a special traitement makes me feel home and the Moroccan hospitality vibing trough out the staff specially Mr. Nabile he’s providing an outstanding customer service during my stay. His attentiveness and professionalism made my experience truly exceptional due to that I will always Highly recommend the stay in Novotel Casablanca !

Structure of the buildinds and the rooms are good, the bed is comfortable, bathroom is ok. The main problem of this hotel are the people that work inside, very low quality on the staff service. just to give you an example, I have used the laundry service several times. I have a sweatshirt washed and it comes back with one chewing gum stick on, I left it in the room to show that it needs to be washed a second time, they still bring it back with the chewing gum stick on. at checkout I told to throw away the sweatshirt damaged by them that I left in the room, I didn't even receive an apology.

Nice business hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the start of a tour of Morocco. It is well situated, being opposite the Old Medina and within walking distance of the Old Town. Our bedroom was comfortable and reasonably well equipped. It has a bar and a restaurant where we had dinner on our first night. The staff were friendly and helpful.
